How a task runs

  1. You ask

    One message in Telegram, in your own words.

  2. Pronto plans and works

    It reads the right email, checks your calendar, or opens the website in its own browser.

  3. You decide the important bits

    Paid options, one-time codes and final submits come to you as a tap or a quick reply.

  4. It reports back

    With the result and any files. If timing matters, it waits hours or days and picks up on time.

What Pronto won't do

These are rules in the code, not just instructions to the AI.

  • Send email. It writes drafts; you press send.
  • Pay for anything. Payment buttons and card fields are blocked. If you choose a paid option, you complete the payment yourself.
  • Submit without your OK. Check-ins, bookings and forms wait for your confirmation.
  • Wander the web. It opens only the sites a task needs, and asks before a site you haven't approved.
  • Obey text in emails or pages. Instructions hidden in content are treated as data, never as commands.
  • Keep going after you say stop. /cancel ends a task, and each task has a hard limit on effort.
